Zero Day Labs ("we", "us", "our") operates this website. This page explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable law.
What data do we collect?
When you contact us by email, including through the contact section of this website, we receive:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The company name and message you choose to send us
This website is a static site. It does not run a database and does not store your data on any server. You reach us by sending an email to geral@zero-day-labs.com, and we only receive your message when you send it from your own email account. We do not use any tracking scripts, advertising pixels, analytics, or cookies of any kind, so no cookie banner is shown, because none is needed.
How will we use your data?
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, as processing is necessary for pre-contractual steps taken at your request; where no contractual relationship is contemplated, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to communications addressed to us, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
We will never sell, share, or pass your data to third parties, and we will never use it for marketing or unsolicited communications.
How do we store your data?
Your message is stored in our team's email account, subject to that provider's own security practices. We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and to manage any resulting business relationship, as a general rule no longer than 24 months after the last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law. You may ask us to delete your correspondence sooner at any time.
Hosting and international transfers
This website is hosted by Vercel, Inc., a company incorporated in the United States. Vercel serves the site's static files and does not receive your contact data. Email correspondence is held in our team's email account. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission pursuant to Article 46(2)(c) of the GDPR.
Automated decision-making
We do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR.
